About the Role
The Customer Experience & Sales Support role was focused on making sure every customer felt heard, supported, and confident throughout their shopping journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
- Assisting customers with sizing, fit, and product-related questions
- Supporting customers before and after purchase, including order and delivery enquiries
- Handling basic administrative tasks related to customer orders
- Helping maintain a consistent and welcoming customer experience aligned with our brand values
What We Looked For
- Experience in customer service or fashion retail (preferred)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- A patient, friendly, and service-minded attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay organised
- Comfort working remotely in an online environment
