About the Role

The Customer Experience & Sales Support role was focused on making sure every customer felt heard, supported, and confident throughout their shopping journey with us.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with sizing, fit, and product-related questions
  • Supporting customers before and after purchase, including order and delivery enquiries
  • Handling basic administrative tasks related to customer orders
  • Helping maintain a consistent and welcoming customer experience aligned with our brand values

What We Looked For

  • Experience in customer service or fashion retail (preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • A patient, friendly, and service-minded attitude
  • Ability to work independently and stay organised
  • Comfort working remotely in an online environment
